CBF Consulting, Inc., is managed by our Vice President, Darren Phipps, who has a proven track record of successful personnel leadership, superior strategic planning capabilities, key account management, and staff development. Mr. Phipps is a distinguished “hands-on” leader with expertise in impacting the bottom line of operations through technical solution creation, turnaround management, and talent development.

Mr. Phipps has well over 20 years of manufacturing experience ranging from maintenance, integration and machine operations, to serving several years as a plant manager and engineer.
